Langer Heinrich donations boost Tutaleni Police

Langer Heinrich Uranium Mine has equipped the Tutaleni Police Station at Walvis Bay with one car, 20 bicycles, and computers worth N$400,000.

The donation from the uranium miner is a boost to the recently built N$127 million Tutaleni police station at the harbour town.

September vehicle sales decline

Robbers flee with more than N$1.5 million in Walvis Bay

A cash-in-transit vehicle of Namibia Protection Services was robbed by armed criminals at Walvis Bay while loading cash boxes during the early hours of Saturday.

The robbers took seven cash boxes collected from various shops that were held inside the vehicle, totaling N$1.6 million.
