Abdallah Mloka was denied bail following his brief appearance on charges relating to the Immigration Control Act in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate's Court.

State Prosecutor Marlon Adams objected to the granting of bail to the suspect on the grounds of an ongoing police investigation into the matter.
