||Kharas Governor Aletha Fredericks described the late Ida Jimmy-!Ha-Eiros is a leader of all generations and a true Namibian patriot.

Fredericks made the remarks during a memorial service at Keetmanshoop organised by the Swapo Party.

"As we mourn the loss of Ouma Ida Jimmy-!Ha-Eiros, it is essential to celebrate her remarkable life and legacy. Her unwavering commitment to serving her community, even in her old age exemplifies true leadership and compassion. The establishment of her kindergarten with boarding facilities, Sunday school, and spiritual service for her community speaks volumes about her dedication to uplifting those that are in need." 

Swapo Party Coordinator Matheus Mumbala says the late Jimmy-!Ha-Eiros was a pillar of hope and strength who stood the test of time and opened a patch of freedom that all Namibians enjoy today.

"The late Comrade Jimmy left behind a legacy of hard work, inclusivity, bravery, dedication, and an uncompromising spirit pursuing the ideals of solidarity, freedom, and justice. We have lost a patriot, a citizen, a mother, a grandmother, and a leader of all generations."
