The inaugural NSSU Ohangwena under-15 tournament concluded with John Shaetonhodi, Haimbili Senior Secondary, and Madume Ndemufayo Primary School emerging as champions.

The tournament attracted over 50 schools from the Ohangwena region, providing a platform for young athletes to compete and showcase their talents.

The event aimed to raise funds and encourage participation in sports among learners, while also identifying promising young athletes.

NSSU Ohangwena region PRO Eddie Kapewasha explained the tournament's objectives.

Coaches Ismael Martin Pohamba and Marks Kashimbode shared their thoughts on the girls' final between Haimbili Haufiku Senior Secondary School and Okambebe Combined School.

Coaches Marks Kashimbode and Eliud Shuuliki offered their perspectives on the boys' final between Mandume Ndemufayo and Weyuulu Primary School.

The tournament culminated in a prize-giving ceremony where Haimbili Senior Secondary School, Madume Ndemufayo Primary School, and John Shaetonhodi Senior Secondary School were honored as champions.
