The Bravo community in Kavango West's Mpungu Constituency is celebrating the opening of a new Early Childhood Development Centre designed to improve the lives of children from previously disadvantaged backgrounds in the area.

Quoting the words of the late President, "It is only through education that the son of a farm worker can become the country's president," the Minister of Information and Communication Technology inaugurated upgraded facilities at Suiderhof Primary School in Windhoek.

The Cuban Ambassador to Namibia, Sergio De La Uz, expressed anticipation that the UN General Assembly would once again vote overwhelmingly in favor of a resolution calling for an end to the US economic blockade against Cuba.

Minister of Mines and Energy, Tom Alweendo, emphasizes that the oil, gas, and green hydrogen industries in Namibia require skilled labour, technological advancements, and robust infrastructure. 

Namibians are encouraged to honor the exemplary legacy of anti-colonial leader Chief Hosea Kutako with the inauguration of the Memorial Museum and Homestead Shrine at Toasis Village.

The Presidency has announced that the Memorial Museum and Homestead Shrine will be unveiled on November 8th.
