Oshikoto Police have arrested a pensioner from Oshiyagaya Village in Onyaanya Constituency for allegedly starving and physically abusing a 16-year-old Angolan domestic worker. The 62-year-old woman is expected to appear in Ondangwa Magistrate's Court on Monday.
