nbc's Komeheke remembered

Leaders, family, and friends of the late Sagarias Komeheke have described him as a friend to all, someone who was passionate about and always dedicated towards his work, and a top-class informer.

Komeheke, who was a nbc freelancer working at Omurari Radio in Gobabis, died on April 25th, aged 52.

Malnutrition cases increasing daily in Omaheke Region

Since the beginning of December 2023, the region has recorded 78 new malnutrition cases.

Alcohol abuse and negligence of children by parents are some of the key contributing factors.

The German government has installed a solar PV plant at the Gobabis Vocational Training Centre to sustain the centre's electricity supply as part of the social-economic progression.

The solar plant project cost N$4.1 million.
