MOBILE SCHOOL TRANSFORMED INTO PERMANENT OKAPARA PRIMARY SCHOOL

A mobile school unit that once followed livestock herders in the Epupa Constituency of the Kunene Region has been transformed into a permanent primary school.

This follows the construction of two new classroom blocks through a public-private partnership of Mega Catch Fishing and Projekt Kaokoland e.V.

Deputy Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs (MoDVA), Charles Mubita, motivated a N$1.52 billion budget for the vote of Veteran Affairs for the 2026-2027 financial year.

The deputy minister was responding to questions posed by AR leader Job Amupanda.
