Renowned athletics coach Henk Botha has reflected on the hardships he and Olympic runner Christine Mboma encountered in 2023.

Namibian para-athlete Chris Kinda has been signed under the talent identification programme of Athletics Coach Henk Botha.

Namibian sprinter Christine Mboma faced a number of injuries during the course of last year, which did not allow her to perform in line with her full potential. 

Mboma's coach Henk Botha exclusively spoke to nbc sport about the challenges the team faced and also laid out the plan for the year. 

Athletics coach Henk Botha is attending a three-week coaching  course in the United States of America
