Two children aged three and four died from suspected food poisoning after eating cassava at Korokoko village in the Ndiyona Constituency of the Kavango East Region on Sunday.

Two boys aged 13 and 16 survived a hippo attack at Kasisi village in the Kavango West Region on Monday.
