82-year-old Siegfried Strzelecki succumbs to injuries after attack by robbers

Eighty-two-year-old, Siegfried Paul Helmut Strzelecki, who was assaulted by three robbers at Swakopmund at the beginning of August, has died at the town on Thursday. Strzelecki was attacked and assaulted with his wife, Rosvietha Sieglinde Helmut Strzelecki, who was strangled to death in that attack during a housebreaking with intent to rob at their residence in the Vieneta residential area. The three accused Daniel Stephanus 26, Fabianus Lazarus 24 and Simon Jerobeam, 23 years old were charged with murder, housebreaking and robbery. They were all denied bail and their case postponed to 26 September 2017 The Erongo Governor, Cleophas Mutjavikua has condemned the incident describing it as unacceptable.
