Deputy Minister of Youth, Sport and National Service, Agnes Tjongarero says the late Andimba Toivo ya Toivo ought to have been given the honour he deserved while still alive. Following his release from Roben Island in 1984 the late Ya Toivo stayed with the Tjongarero family in Windhoek before he went into exile.
