The Namibian Agronomic Board has pledged N$26 million towards the purchasing of surplus grain products from both commercial and communal farmers in the Northern Communal Areas. The funds will be utilised by Agro-Marketing and Trade Agency (AMTA) to purchase grain products to fill up the National Strategic Food Reserve.
