The Namibia Community Skills Development Foundation (COSDEF) is addressing the problem of skills mismatch in industries by forging closer ties with the private and public sectors. A number of job-seeking graduates from vocational training centres sometimes don't get employed, with the status quo being attributed to skills mismatch.
