Namibian MP Mootu questions lack of involvement by the bloc in border management

Namibian MP at the SADC Parliamentary Forum, Utaara Mootu has questioned the lack of the block's involvement in border risk management between Namibia and Botswana. Mootu said this when she delivered her maiden speech at the just ended virtual SADC Parliamentary Forum.
