The Deputy Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs said remarks made by the Popular Democratic Movement's (PDM) Member of Parliament (MP), Geoffrey Mwilima in the National Assembly, that the Namibian Defence Force (NDF) members in the Zambezi Region are home wreckers and sexual predators, were unacceptable. Hilma Nicanor was responding to the question by Mwilima who wanted to know why NDF tents are set up within 500 metres of civilian dwellings in the villages of the region.
