Ohangwena Region residents are still contravening curfew protocols and health regulations, despite sky-rocketing cases of COVID-19 in the region. Regional Commander for the police, Commissioner Elizabeth Mukete Sibolile made this observation recently during a police patrol held at Oshikango.
