Police in the Omusati Region have opened a case of malicious damage to property and political intimidation against an Oshikuku resident, who reportedly grabbed a political party registration form from a fellow citizen, and tore it up. Omusati Police Regional Commander, Commissioner Titus Shikongo says the complainant was in the process of registering as a member of the newly formed Independent Patriots for Change party.
