Despite difficulties, a participant at the upcoming World Skills Africa, Phillip Mwandingi is looking forward to profiling his skills at this year's African competition - scheduled to take place in Swakopmund towards the end of this month. Mwandingi is a second-year auto mechanic student at the Windhoek Vocational Centre.
