Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila is happy with the role women play in bringing an end to shacks and the provision of decent housing, through the Shack Dwellers' Federation of Namibia. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila says the federation, dominated by women, has been working hard to secure affordable land, shelter and infrastructure for low-income urban households.
