President Hage Geingob wants Namibia and Congo Brazzaville to review modalities around the Loudima Institute of Vocational and Technical Training. Dr Geingob said this during a meeting with Congo's Ambassador to Namibia, Chantal Maryse Itoua-Apoyolo at State House.
