Rundu Town Council's Chief Executive Officer, Olavi Nathanial, is dissatisfied by the monthly revenue collection saying it is a drop in the ocean considering the monthly operational expenditure of N$14 million. Of most concern is the massive NAMWATER debt which continues to drain the Council's coffers.
