The Windhoek High Court has dismissed an application by Chief Magistrate Philanda Christian and the Minister of Urban and Rural Development and one other for lack of urgency. The applicants are challenging the legality of LPM Councilors, Gerrit Witbooi and Anseline Beukes, to occupy positions in the National Council while at the same time serving on the ||Kharas regional council's management committee.
