The Deputy Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Evelyn !Nawases-Taeyele, officially commissioned the construction of houses under the Shack Dwellers Federation of Namibia (SDFN) in Arandis. 

This initiative marks an important step in addressing housing needs for low-income families and aims to improve living conditions for many community members. 

The project is part of the government's ongoing efforts to collaborate with local organisations like the SDFN to promote affordable housing and enhance urban and rural development.
