In his New Year message to the inhabitants of the Erongo Region, Governor Neville Andre expressed hope for a prosperous 2025 and has encouraged unity, peace, and continued progress within the region.

Andre acknowledged the challenges experienced in the past year but emphasized the resilience and strength of the community. 

He called for collective efforts in maintaining the region's development and fostering a spirit of cooperation.

Governor Andre highlighted the importance of working together to overcome obstacles and ensure that Erongo continues to thrive as a key economic and cultural hub in Namibia. 

In his New Year message, he extended well wishes for a prosperous 2025 to the residents of Erongo, highlighting the opportunities that lie ahead for both the region and the nation. 

"We have demonstrated resilience as a country and region in 2024, facing our challenges with unity," he stated. 

As Namibia moves into 2025, he expressed hope that this spirit of resilience and togetherness would continue, encouraging community members to support each other, especially those facing vulnerabilities. 

Governor Andre also pointed out the urgent need to address rising unemployment, stressing that both public and private sectors share the responsibility for enhancing job opportunities in the region. He called for concerted efforts to confront this issue and improve the livelihoods of all residents.
