Detective Inspector Pendukeni Nghuluwa informed Magistrate Wilka Amalwa that the sale of drugs continued at drug accused Naomi Fisch’s house even after her arrest.
He said police sent an undercover individual to purchase drugs from her house. Later, when officers arrived to retrieve the money used to buy the drugs and search the house, it was locked.
Fisch was well known for selling crack cocaine. Police later learnt that she also sells Mandrax, cannabis, and cocaine powder, he testified.
Asked about Fisch’s financial position, Nghuluwa described her as a "well-off" person. He explained that even individuals who work from 08:00 to 17:00 do not have the kind of money Fisch has.
According to police investigations, Fisch owns seven vehicles, a Golf 7 and an Audi A3, among others. She testified last week, however, that she sold these two vehicles to pay bail.
Nguluwa also said she owns four houses in Windhoek, two houses in Rehoboth, and a plot in Rehoboth with no structure.
During the bail proceedings, it emerged that the 31-year-old drug accused has paid off all her properties. She explained in her testimony that she paid off her vehicles and her Rehoboth house in installments.
Naomi Fisch also owns three bank accounts, which Nghuluwa said have "enough money".
Detective Inspector Nghuluwa dismissed Fisch’s claims that part of the N$154,000 was raised by her seven-seater business. He said such an amount cannot be raised by a single seven-seater vehicle and therefore cannot be believed by a reasonable person.
