President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has urged the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) to improve timely communication with investors and to provide what she described as "red carpet treatment" to all clients.

She described the private sector as a key partner in driving economic growth, creating jobs, and building sustainable generational wealth.

The President, accompanied by Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare, made an impromptu visit to the One Stop Centre at BIPA's headquarters in Windhoek on Thursday.

She reminded officials that the Centre must operate with efficiency, professionalism and ethical service delivery, in line with its mandate to improve the ease of doing business in Namibia.

President Nandi-Ndaitwah equally appealed to all institutions operating at the Centre to deliver coordinated services that position Namibia as a competitive and preferred investment destination.

The One Stop Centre was established to cut administrative bottlenecks and provide a more predictable and investor-friendly experience for both local and international businesses.
