The long-awaited Constituency Development Fund Bill will soon be tabled in the National Assembly.

The proposed legislation, which was approved by the National Council and referred to the National Assembly seven years ago, is aimed at empowering constituencies with financial resources.

This was announced by Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila when she addressed the meeting of the Association of Regional Councils at Swakopmund.
