Namibia and Zimbabwe will continue to identify strategic areas of cooperation to strengthen bilateral relations.

Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s special envoy delivered a letter in this regard to President Hage Geingob at the family farm, Hadaloha.

Namibia and Zimbabwe have a number of bilateral cooperation agreements and also participate in multilateral platforms.

Air Marshal Elson Moyo says President Mnangagwa’s letter to Dr. Geingob emphasizes just that.

He said areas of strategic cooperation would still be identified for the existing ones.

President Geingob welcomed what he termed a special message from his counterpart, Mnangagwa, as well as good wishes for the year ahead.
