A resident of Oshikuku Mathews Hango is furious with the Town Council for not responding on time to address an overflowing drainage that filled his yard with sewerage water.

More than N$800,000 was raised at the 17th edition of the Luderitz Crayfish Festival at the fundraising dinner. 

Standard Bank Namibia pledged the highest amount of N150,000 towards the hosting of the festival. 

The 4x4 Initiative engaged boys between the ages of 12 and 21 about their role in society, aiming to educate them on values, encourage them to speak up, manage conflict, and gain communication skills.

A resident of Greenwell Matongo Location at Katima Mulilo Calvin Sinyepe was shot and killed on Friday by unknown assailants near his house.

The 42-year-old Sinyepe was returning home when he was shot and killed in cold blood.

Claudia Kambanza, who was allegedly stabbed to death by her partner in the United Kingdom, was buried at the Pionerspark Cemetery in Windhoek today. 

22-year-old Kambanza was a resident of the city of Hull in the UK and died on January 26 of this year.
