South Africa Dominates Zone 6 Beach Volleyball Tour

South Africa asserted dominance in the Zone 6 Beach Volleyball first leg, with both their men's and women's teams emerging victorious in the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) Zone 6 Beach Volleyball Tours held at the DTS Sport grounds in Windhoek, the capital city.

In the men's matches, the South African team, comprising Danilo and Guther, secured the first set by a score of 21-17 against Botswana. Guther, whose exceptional defensive blocks played a pivotal role. However, Botswana's representatives, Jack and Baleofi, rallied in the second set, winning it 21-16.

 The Confederation of African Volleyball Zone 6 Tour concluded at Swakopmund on Saturday with Botswana dominating the proceedings.
The three-day event hosted at the coastal town of Swakopmund concluded with some mouthwatering action in the finals.
Team Angola and Botswana showed why they are regarded as the powerhouses in Beach Volleyball in Zone VI and Africa at large.
First on the court was the women’s final, Botswana’s pair of Cathy Bioma and Ngirl Wright took on Carla Codinha and Jeovania Cusselama of Angola.
