Cabinet has directed the Cabinet Committee on Legislation to expedite the finalization of the Namibia Investment Promotion Bill, the Data Protection Bill, and the Special Economic Zone Bill.

This follows the Cabinet's recognition of bottlenecks to investment due to policy, process, and project issues.

The Ministry of Industrialization and Trade is seeking input on policies that would accelerate economic growth, promote entrepreneurship, and create a conducive environment for investment.
