Fransfontein youth are dissatisfied with what they perceive as unfair recruitment practices in road construction jobs.

NUDO MP Vetaruhe Kandorozu has accused the Minister of Works and Transport, Veikko Nekundi, of nepotism in the appointment of the Engineering Council of Namibia, questioning his authority to make such decisions.

The Ministry of Finance has directed NamRA Commissioner Sam Shivute to investigate himself after complaints of favouritism and nepotism were lodged against him by a human resources officer at the agency.

Frustrated Noordoewer residents are accusing the local settlement office, which renders municipal services, of failing to deliver adequate service.

Berseba Constituency Councillor, Jeremias Goeieman, says alleged nepotism in the recruitment of public servants in the ||Kharas Region should be addressed as a matter of urgency as it creates uneasiness and conflicts. 

Some community members from the Ohangwena Region have accused the Electoral Commission of Namibia and ECN officials of nepotism and favouritism.

This came during the testing and hiring of generators at the ECN offices in Eenhana on Monday.
