The Namibia Food and Allied Workers Union (NAFAU) and Bokomo Namibia have signed a two-year wage agreement granting workers a salary increase of N$1,000 over the period.

Employees within the bargaining unit will receive an across-the-board increase of N$500 effective 1 April to 31 March 2027. 

The Namibia Local Authority Workers Union (NALAWU)  has demanded a 3% salary increase for Mariental municipal workers during a lunch-hour protest march. 

The Namibia Institute of Mining and Technology (NIMT) signed a collective agreement with the Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU) and the Namibia National Teachers' Union (NANTU) in Windhoek.
