SADC leaders have called for greater regional cooperation to address conflict, terrorism and other emerging security threats facing Southern Africa.

Speaking at the same event, Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa says most traditional leadership wrangles are fueled by educated people. 

Sankwasa emphasised that the government is resolute in changing the narrative.

Zeraeua Traditional Authority Chief Christian Manasse Zeraua has expressed hope that the legal framework training undertaken by his counsels and staff will equip them to address conflicts.

Zeraeua voiced this on the sidelines of a one-week workshop underway at Otjiwarongo.
