The AVEC Dressage Tournament took place at the Auas View Equestrian Stables in Academia, Windhoek, bringing together riders from across the country for a weekend of equestrian competition.

The Otjozondjupa Region recently hosted its regional athletics competition, bringing together learners from all zones to compete for a spot on the team that will represent the region at the national championships.

The outgoing Director General of the NBC, Stanley Similo, says he is leaving the corporation with a sense of fulfilment after playing his part.

Similo served as Director General of the NBC for more than ten years.
