Minister Sankwasa warns of stormwater drainage Emergency in Rundu

Minister of Urban and Rural Development, James Sankwasa, said the absence of a stormwater drainage system is an emergency that poses a danger to Rundu residents.

Sankwasa emphasised that immediate action is needed, as there are only three months left before the rainy season begins.
