The Landless People's Movement (LPM) leader Bernardus Swartbooi added his voice to the tributes pouring in for the late President Geingob.

Swartbooi said he had hoped that the late president would recover after his medical treatment, adding that he was shocked at his sudden demise.

The counsellor at the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Aurelin Diaz Gil, said the historic and political project of the Bolivarian Revolution has reached a quarter century since.
