The Environmental Investment Fund (EIF) has successfully raised more than N$700 million in the past seven years for projects that bring clean water, renewable energy and farming support to communities.

With an increase in cholera cases in some SADC countries, the Directorate of Health in the Otjozondjupa Region has launched an awareness campaign to educate communities about the disease.

The campaign targets schools, rural areas, and peri-urban areas identified as at-risk communities.

A water management training for a newly drilled borehole to assist residents with clean drinking water in Zilitene in the Zambezi Region is currently underway.
