Isaack asserts that the appointment of Hermina Thomas was legitimate, refuting accusations of nepotism and favouritism.

This comes after CENORED made a payment of close to N$160,000 for the installation of an independent power supply to pump water to residents. 

||Kharas Regional Council defies N$318,000 High Court order

The court order relates to a tender signed between the Regional Council and Integrity Trading Enterprises for the construction of ablution facilities in Koës for N$2.3 million.

ǁGaroëb, who became the first regional councillor of Rehoboth in 1992, served the Hardap Regional Council until 1998 and later represented the region in the National Council.
