An Ondangwa family whose house burned down in June received bricks to reconstruct their four-bedroom house.

The house was gutted by fire due to an electric shock.

The family could not salvage anything from the fire and has been accommodated in a tent provided for by a good Samaritan and has been surviving on donations from the community.

Ondangwa Urban Constituency Councillor Leonard Negonga handed over the bricks.

The constituency office has also assisted the family in getting national documents as the original ones were destroyed in the fire.

The owner of the house, Teopolina Iyambo, expressed gratitude for the bricks and everyone who has come to their aid since that tragic morning.
