Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is observed every September to raise awareness about pediatric cancer, support affected children and families, and advocate for increased research funding for better treatments and a cure.

RCA's Chreslie Nuses spoke to Tareekuje Tjiriange, the Cancer Registrar and Youth Engagement Officer at the Cancer Association of Namibia, to highlight the importance of continued efforts in educating the public about early detection, supporting families, and pushing for more resources to advance pediatric cancer research.
