Five Rand Primary School hosted its annual career fair in Okahandja, aimed at guiding and inspiring young learners to pursue their dreams.

The event highlighted the importance of early career guidance and the role of education in shaping Namibia's future.

The principal of Five Rand Primary School, Victor Nakapandi, said the career fair is the third in which learners are guided while they are young.

Nakapandi also emphasised that these types of exhibitions help learners make better choices about which career fields to follow.

Life Skills Teacher. Rauna Shaalukeni said the event is to groom grade 7 learners because it is their last year at the school.

Miss World 2026, Elly Aron, also addressed the learners, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with determination and confidence.
