Instilling values of patriotism, unity of purpose and respect for national symbols is at the top of the "My Namibia, My Pride" campaign. 

The programme recognises the sacrifices of heroes whose contributions continue to support nation-building.

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) held an activation of the National Symbols campaign.

Launched last year, the campaign aims to foster a sense of national pride and unity.

The reactivation event took place in Windhoek with a street march.

The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Dr. Peya Mushelenga, maintains that his ministry will continue to promote and educate the public on the importance of national symbols.

Dr. Mushelenga made this remark at the official launch of the National Symbols campaign at Gobabis.
