Zambezi health on alert over Mpox, Cholera in Zambia

The Health Directorate in the Zambezi Region is on high alert following reports of Mpox and cholera in neighbouring Zambia. 

Its director, Woita Kapumburu, said authorities in the region have already assembled a team of experts to continuously monitor the situation at all entry points.

Walvis Bay rural councillor charged with fraud

Walvis Bay Rural constituency councillor Florian Donatus has been charged with fraud and money laundering.

According to a police report, the Independent Patriots for Change councillor was arrested on Monday and will appear in the Swakopmund Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
