The Chief Executive Officer of the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tarah Shaanika, says Government should loosen its belt slightly as far as fiscal consolidation actions are concerned. Shaanika says businesses are shutting down because of the tight fiscal measures introduced by government.
