The Swapo Party regional conferences continue to be characterised by infighting, forcing the leadership to nullify the results in some regions. A group of Swapo regional leaders, including the Governor of the Otjozondjupa, Otto Ipinge, handed over a petition to the office of the Secretary General. In the petition the group is calling for nullification of the results there.
