Ammonia and hydrogen pollution, job opportunities for youth, and investment in the education and health sectors were among the issues raised with the Green Hydrogen Council during the Question and Answer session.

The session was part of the launch of the Socio-Economic Development framework of the Green Hydrogen Project.

The Green Hydrogen Project is to be developed by Hyphen on dry land in the Tsau-||Khaeb National Park, near Luderitz in the ||Kharas Region.

The construction phase of the project, which is expected to create 15,000 jobs, is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026.
