The search for missing Windhoek resident Danny Chipandeka ended on a sad note as his body was found in the bushes in the Daan Viljoen area a short while ago.
This information was revealed by NamPol spokesperson Kauna Shikwambi.
Yesterday, police issued a call for assistance in tracing the 31-year-old Chipandeka, who was last seen on Monday when a friend allegedly dropped him off at the Daan Viljoen Roadblock, where he said he was going to exercise.
On that same day, he sent a message to his two sisters to "look out for each other', prompting them to report the matter to the police.
Chipandeka was employed by a local insurance firm.
