In his congratulatory message, President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, wished the President-Elect the greatest of success.
Maduro noted that Venezuela and Namibia should continue to strengthen their friendship in defence of the sovereignty of their countries and people and work on the construction of a multicentric and multipolar world.
Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, former Chairperson of the African Union Commission, expressed her admiration for Nandi-Ndaitwah's resilience in the face of a challenging election campaign.
Dlamini-Zuma commended her passion and hard work, offering her congratulations to both Nandi-Ndaitwah and the Swapo Party for their victory.
UN Women Africa also congratulated the President-Elect, recognising her victory as an achievement for gender equality in the highest levels of leadership.
The organisation described her election as a landmark moment for women in Africa.
The African Union's Women, Gender, and Youth Directorate echoed similar sentiments, celebrating Nandi-Ndaitwah's election as a monumental step for gender equality on the continent.
In addition, the Embassy of the State of Palestine in South Africa extended their congratulations to Nandi-Ndaitwah, calling her election a historic achievement for Namibia.
The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Moussa Faki Mahamat, also congratulated Nandi-Ndaitwah, describing her election as a historic moment not only for Namibia but for the entire continent.
The Director General of the World Health Organisation, Tedros Ghebreyesus, expressed his eagerness to collaborate with Nandi-Ndaitwah and her team to further the global health agenda.
